Various styles of Irish whiskey are produced on site in small batches. The distillery also produces gin. The labels of the bottles depict Saint Kevin who, according to legend, stood in the water for 13 days and 13 nights holding blackbird eggs in his hands until the chicks hatched. He stayed there for another 13 days until they fledged. Glendalough Double Barrel matured in a
