Its bouquet is intensely fruity with nuances of elderflower and hints of ripe fruit. Interesting combination with cooked white asparagus and Bozen sauce but also with steamed green asparagus; with tuna carpaccio, smoked salmon or raw langoustine; also typical with steamed trout with vegetables or fresh goat's cheese.
