Cross in silver with white, red and green enamels, both centrepiece insignia in 18K Gold with red and black enamels, "LL RR II" cypher on the reverse, measuring 40. 3 mm (w) x 66 mm (h) inclusive of its crown and laterally pierced ball suspension, chipping evident in the green enamels on the wreath just under the crown on both sides, chipping in the black enamels on the obverse
